This initiative encompasses many actions that help limit the environmental impact that clothing has on the earth. Please consider one of these programs to help extend the usefulness of your Patagonia garment. 


Repair: Patagonia Corporate offers repair services for many common garment failures on their products. This includes, but is not limited to zippers, straps, buttons, holes, and several other situations. Please use our printable Returns & Repairs Form and mail the item to Patagonia to get it repaired.


Returns/Warranties: If you have a return/warranty issue and have purchased the item from Patagonia Newport, then bring it in to us and we will process your warranty. We are an independently owned and operated Patagonia Store, therefore we are not financially connected to Patagonia Corporate. If you have purchased an item from Patagonia Corporate that you would like to return for warranty, we recommend that you follow the steps below:

  1. Prepare your return
    If you have the original invoice/packing slip that came with your item, fill out the bottom portion. 
    If you do not have your invoice/packing slip, please use our printable Returns & Repairs Form.
    If this is a repair request, note any special requests or notes on a separate piece of paper. By law, garments sent in for repair must be clean; please wash items for repair before mailing.
  2. Mail your return

    Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Patagonia cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
